Sector Space is a single player sandbox top-down 2D space game which takes place in a procedurally generated galaxy. Level up through gathering resources, planting colonies, extracting, building, exploration, and combat. Collect hundreds of unique items, improve your ship, construct a fleet, and take on the void.

Compatibility Warning
Version 0.4.7.0 is not backwards compatible with older version configuration and save files. It is recommend to just install the game fresh and not have any old files in the game directory. If you are installing into same folder rename or move the old "saves" folder and delete the old "settings.ini" file before launching the game or it will crash when loading the old character files.

Added currency commodities, can be used to store money in item form.
Added warning when deploying objects in Deep Void.
Added exit jump effects to instant jump devices.
Added asteroid ring to Origin sector.
Added asteroid ring generation to random sectors.
Changed energy usage on instant jump devices, also changed how player is positioned after jumping.

Added nebula naming system.
Added derelict stations.
Added warning messages when engaging a cloak without enough energy, or if a cloak shuts off due to lack of energy.
Added fabrication tax to all stations, player made stations have no tax, protected stations have the highest tax.
Added Contracts tab to some stations, feature is not yet implemented.

Changed recycling station buy price to 25% of the item value. Now gives source materials used in items construction.

Double clicking status window will lock it in expanded mode, double clicking again will unlock it allowing it be in compact mode.
Double clicking an allied ship now opens the cargo window of that ship.
